While interest in Parkway22 remains strong, uncertain market conditions for new premium residential construction have caused us to temporarily suspend activities at our Sales Center. However, we are proceeding with the final phase of the project design. Additionally, site preparation, including demolition of the “Franklin House” portion of the existing and operating Best Western Hotel, is moving forward. And our plans are to re-open the Sales Center as soon as market conditions improve.
